We are excited for another year of Grid Kids Football. We are playing in the Othello Grid Kids League, like we did last year. The games will be played at Royal, Mattawa, and Othello fields, schedules are still to be determined.
ROYAL GRID KIDS FOOTBALL VOLUNTEERS
All coaches and anyone that would like to volunteer or help in anyway, there will be a planning meeting to discuss ideas and issues for this upcoming season. We will be meeting at the Community Center (Golf Course Club House), on Wednesday, August 24 at 5 p.m. If you are interested in volunteering and would like more information please contact Brandon with the information at the right or leave a comment below.
REGISTRATION
We will be in the schools Friday, August 26th, to distribute registration forms to all 3rd through 6th grade classrooms. Please bring your registration forms to the first practice which will be Monday, August 29th, immediately following school on the east of Red Rock Elementary. Registration and Concussion forms are available to download through link on the right or by emailing Brandon Jenks at brandon.jenks@gmail.com. Player fees will need to be paid before first practice, fees will be $50 per player, and $25 for each additional immediate family member (not cousins). If necessary, payment arrangement can be made. COMMUNICATIONS
In order to facilitate faster communications between coaches, volunteers and players, we would like to use email and texts as much as possible. Updates and changes to schedules will be posted on this blog.
